Researchers must submit a formal request detailing their academic affiliation, purpose of research, research questions, specific data requirements, and intended statistical methods.

Each request will be reviewed by the Registry's Steering Committee, which consists of experts in the relevant fields. The committee will assess the scientific merit, ethical considerations, and alignment with the Registry's objectives.

Applicants will be informed of the committee's decision within 60 days of submission. Reasons for rejection or any conditions for approval will be clearly stated. A revision may be requested.

​Approved researchers will be granted access to a secure, anonymized dataset of data variables in line with the request.
